Welcome to SportsWZRD. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SportsWZRD website, Fantasy Basketball WZRD browser extension, and Fantasy Baseball WZRD browser extension (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing our website, or installing and using our browser extensions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” refers to that entity.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

SportsWZRD provides fantasy sports analytics tools designed to help users make informed decisions in their fantasy basketball and baseball leagues. Our Services include:

2.1 SportsWZRD Website

• Player statistics and analytics dashboards
• Schedule analysis and game remaining tools
• Player comparison features
• League management and integration tools
• News aggregation and analysis

2.2 Browser Extensions

• Fantasy Basketball WZRD: Chrome and Firefox extensions that enhance Yahoo Fantasy Basketball and ESPN Fantasy Basketball pages with live projections, analytics overlays, and games remaining indicators
• Fantasy Baseball WZRD: Chrome and Firefox extensions that enhance Yahoo Fantasy Baseball pages with pitcher and batter analytics, matchup projections, and advanced statistics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at hello@sportswzrd.com
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You may not use another user’s account without permission. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing account credentials or allowing others to access your account is prohibited and may result in account termination.

4. OAuth and Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party fantasy sports platforms to provide enhanced functionality. By using these integrations, you agree to the following:

4.1 Yahoo Fantasy Integration

• You authorize SportsWZRD to access your Yahoo Fantasy data through Yahoo’s OAuth service
• Access includes reading your league information, team rosters, player statistics, and matchup data
• You may revoke this authorization at any time in your account settings
• You acknowledge that SportsWZRD only reads data and cannot modify your league settings or rosters without your explicit action

4.2 ESPN Fantasy Integration

• For public ESPN leagues, we access publicly available data without authentication
• For private ESPN leagues, we store your SWID and S2 session tokens to access your league data
• You may disconnect ESPN integration at any time in your account settings
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share ESPN access tokens with our Services

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or its infrastructure
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Services (“scraping”)
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person using the Services
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Services and all content included therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are the property of SportsWZRD or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, rent, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

6.2 Trademarks

“SportsWZRD,” “Fantasy Basketball WZRD,” “Fantasy Baseball WZRD,” and all related logos, trademarks, and service marks are trademarks of SportsWZRD. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

Yahoo, ESPN, and other third-party marks referenced in our Services are the property of their respective owners.

6.3 Your Content

Any content you submit, post, or display through the Services remains yours. By submitting content, you grant SportsWZRD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

SportsWZRD offers both free and premium subscription plans. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information.
• Recurring Payments: Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. Please contact us at hello@sportswzrd.com for refund requests.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Failure to pay may result in downgrade to a free plan or suspension of your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

SportsWZRD does not warrant that:

• The Services will meet your specific requirements
• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content or data provided through the Services. Fantasy sports involve inherent uncertainty, and our analytics are for informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPORTSWZRD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall SportsWZRD’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid to SportsWZRD in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SportsWZRD, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Services
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or SportsWZRD
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@sportswzrd.com or using the account deletion feature in your settings, if available.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
