Tyrese Haliburton Back In Five On Five

Tyrese Haliburton says he’s back playing five-on-five for the first time since tearing his Achilles in Game 7 of the 2025 NBA Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The injury has kept him out all season, but it’s a big step after he said in January that he had started full-court three-on-three and four-on-four work. Indiana is 18-61, second-worst in the league ahead of only the 17-62 Wizards. A top-four pick could give the Pacers a real boost alongside Haliburton, Pascal Siakam and Ivica Zubac. Still, the big question is whether Tyrese can return to the All-NBA level that helped carry Indiana to the Finals.
