Thunder Could Reunite With Former Player

The Thunder are down Jalen Williams and Cason Wallace indefinitely, and the injuries could push Oklahoma City toward a trade. ESPN’s Bobby Marks said the Thunder usually target players who fit their locker room and style, while Brian Windhorst hinted they could acquire someone who has already played there. Jared McCain and Ajay Mitchell started in Monday’s 125-114 win over the Suns. Mitchell had 30 points and five assists. McCain scored 18 with four assists and four threes. They can fill in, but OKC’s bench is thinner now, and the team has plenty of future picks to use.
