Kingston Flemings Suspended After Elbowing McGowens

Kingston Flemings has been suspended one game after elbowing Bryce McGowens in the head away from the play during Saturday’s 121-99 loss to the Pelicans. Flemings was ejected after the hit sparked a scrum, and he’ll miss Monday’s game against the Pacers. The No. 8 pick in the 2026 draft has flashed real upside early, including 23 points against Miami on Oct. 28. He’s averaging 7.1 points and 4.7 assists in seven games, but Atlanta needs better discipline while trying to stop a four-loss-in-five-games slide.
