Jayson Tatum Says No Beef With Jaylen Brown

Jayson Tatum says there’s no bad blood with Jaylen Brown after Boston traded Brown to Philadelphia on July 1. Tatum said he called and texted Brown after the deal, adding, “This ain't no f--king Shaq and Kobe.” Brown responded to Tatum’s earlier trade video with a cap emoji, and Shams Charania reported their relationship had become nearly non-existent over the past year. The former Celtics teammates won the 2024 title together, with Brown earning Finals MVP, and made the playoffs every season from 2017-26. Their first meeting as rivals comes Nov. 10, when the Celtics face the 76ers.
