Doc Rivers Opens Up on Bucks Struggles
Doc Rivers said it’s been “very difficult” keeping the Bucks together as Giannis Antetokounmpo’s health situation stays public. Giannis said he wants “to f--king play” and supports an NBA investigation, while Jon Horst told Eric Nehm he’s “not cleared to play yet in a game.” Milwaukee is 31-49 and will miss the playoffs for the first time since 2015-16, with two games left starting Friday against Brooklyn. Rivers, who has one year left on his deal, also hinted he may step away to spend more time with his seven grandkids.
🧙♂️ Merlin’s Prediction
Doc coaches Milwaukee’s final two games, then the Bucks head into a big offseason with major questions around both Doc and Giannis.
