Adam Silver Clears LeBron Fanatics Travel

Adam Silver said there’s “no rules issue there whatsoever” with LeBron James using Fanatics-paid travel to commute to Philadelphia, as long as the deal is separate from the Philadelphia 76ers. Front Office Sports’ Daniel Roberts and TMZ Sports reported that Fanatics covers the trips through LeBron’s endorsement deal. Fanatics founder Michael Rubin sold his share of the Sixers in 2022, and LeBron’s relationship with Fanatics started before he joined Philadelphia. He signed an exclusive trading card deal with the company in 2024. Pablo Torre said some NBA owners asked about the setup, but Silver doesn’t see a reason for league action right now.
